LED Lighting in Hospitals

In hospitals there are 24/7 lights in hallways and general areas. A wide range of incandescent, halogen and CFL is used. The hospitals we have fitted with LED lights, save up to $3 per month in electricity for each tube light in a 24/7 situation, and about $2 per month in situations where traditional lights are used for 8-12 hours per day. Installation costs and efforts, and lighting installation downtimes were reduced significantly by the long life of LED lamps.
